- 1/2 cup fresh mangoes, cut in chunks tips & tricks
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
- 1 large banana
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice tips & tricks
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
