1can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
1/2cuproasted red peppers, finely chopped, plus more for garnishtips & tricks

Directions
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan cheese and garlic; stir until smooth. Cook until it starts to bubble.
Add artichoke hearts and red peppers. Stir well, cover, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
Add crab, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
Stir again, remove from the heat and serve with crostini or tortilla chips.
