Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. wheat germ, toasted and divided
  • 4 medium kiwifruits, peeled and quartered tips & tricks
  • 1 cup raspberries tips & tricks
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup 2% plain yogurt (substitute vanilla yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder of your choice *optional
  • 2 tbsp. agave nectar or to taste tips & tricks

Directions

  • In a small skillet over medium heat, toast wheat germ for about 2 ½ to 3 minutes. Remove from the heat to cool off.
  • In the jar of a blender, combine kiwifruits, raspberries, apple juice, yogurt, almond milk, protein powder, agave nectar and 1 ½ tbsp. toasted wheat germ; process until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and sprinkle wheat germ on top.
