Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip®
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise see Recipe
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced tips & tricks
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice tips & tricks
  • 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce of your choice, or to taste
  • 15 large prawns, peeled, deveined, poached and chopped into pieces tips & tricks
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped tips & tricks
  • 1 pinch ground Himalayan sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, or to taste (I always use mixed peppercorns)

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine Miracle Whip®, mayo, celery, green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce; stir until well mixed.
  • Add the chopped shrimp and stir again before adding dill, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Stir again, cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  • Serve on croissants or on a bed of lettuce with cherry tomatoes and slices of cucumber.
