Ingredients

  • 1 cup watermelon, scooped into balls
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, scooped into balls
  • 1 cup pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1 large orange, washed, sliced and halved
  • 2 large firm kiwifruits, peeled, sliced and halved tips & tricks
  • 1.5 liter Sauvignon Blanc, chilled
  • 1 cup orange juice tips & tricks
  • 2 ounces orange liqueur such as Cointreau
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved tips & tricks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 cups 7Up® lemon-lime soda

Directions

  • Make some watermelon and cantaloupe balls using a small scoop or melon baller - because they’re round, although the recipe is for 1 cup each, go over like 1 ½ to 1 ¾ cups.
  • To a large pitcher, add the watermelon and cantaloupe balls followed by pineapple cubes. Add orange slices and kiwifruits. To this, pour in white wine, freshly squeezed orange juice and orange liqueur.
  • Gently stir everything without crushing the fruits, put the lid on and transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 6 hours.
  • A few hours later, add the strawberries, ice cubes and lemon-lime soda. Gently stir until well mixed and serve immediately.
