- 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp. canola oil (substitute grapeseed) tips & tricks
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tbsp. honey tips & tricks
- 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice tips & tricks
- 1 tsp. ginger, minced
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste
In a measuring cup, add peanut butter and transfer to the microwave.
Set on “high” and process for 30 seconds. Stir well and if it needs more time, microwave in 10 seconds intervals. If using the stovetop, melt in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
When melted, add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely blended. If the peanut butter starts to harden, microwave for 15 seconds or until pourable.
