Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil (substitute grapeseed) tips & tricks
  • 2 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. honey tips & tricks
  • 1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lime juice tips & tricks
  • 1 tsp. ginger, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper, or to taste

Directions

  • In a measuring cup, add peanut butter and transfer to the microwave.
  • Set on “high” and process for 30 seconds. Stir well and if it needs more time, microwave in 10 seconds intervals. If using the stovetop, melt in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly.
  • When melted, add the remaining ingredients and stir until nicely blended. If the peanut butter starts to harden, microwave for 15 seconds or until pourable.
