Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1 can (10 oz./300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. ground Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (1% or 2 %), or as needed

Directions

  • In a double boiler over medium-low heat, add butterscotch chips and cover with half-and-half. Stir until the chips are completely melted.
  • Remove from the heat and add sweetened condensed milk, salt and pure vanilla extract; stir until blended.
  • Slowly pour in milk, stirring constantly, until desired consistency.
  • Pour the creamer in a jar or container and transfer to the fridge until needed.
