When a recipe calls for only a tablespoon or two of tomato paste and you are left with the rest of the can, don’t throw it away or leave it in your refrigerator until maybe a next time (usually its spoiled before you remember you have some in the fridge)!

Measure your leftover tomato paste in tablespoons, place them on a baking sheet and transfer to the freezer. When completely frozen , transfer to a small Ziploc bag and leave it in your freezer until needed it.
